ReinsMod

ReinsMod is a simple VS addon that allows animals to be used as a propulsion method for ships! After reins are used on an animal, the animal can then be attached to a ship using a fence and a lead. Once the animal is attached, holding a whip will freeze the player’s movement and allow them to control the animals (and therefore steer the ship).

Items

• Reins - Reins can be used on an animal by shift right-clicking it, and may be removed by shift right-clicking again with an empty hand. Without the reins attached, an animal cannot pull a ship or be controlled using the whip.
• Whip - While a player is holding the whip, player movement is frozen, and they will instead control any reined animals attached to the ship via a lead. Additionally, the player can right click in a certain direction while holding the whip, which will direct the animals to continue traveling in that direction without player input. To disable automatic travel, the player can right click while still holding the whip or unequip and then re-equip the item.
