The Suspension Tracks only function on assembled structures (ships). Otherwise, they behave like simple blocks and have no collision. A Suspension Track block can be right-clicked with a Wrench from the Create mod to hide the tread but it remains collidable.

Usage
By defaut, when placed on a ship, the Suspension Track falls down below where the block was placed. This can be configured by using the Track Toolkit from the addon.
