As 1.0.0, it is only required on server.
From 1.1.0, it required to be installed on both server and client.
Fixes a bug/compat issue between Jade and Valkyrien Skies, that any block on ships who have block entities (such as chest) do not show themself in Jade's HUD.
From 1.1.0, it also provide block's standard mass info and ship total mass when looking at a block.
